Social and Support Meetings
We hold Social Support Group meetings twice a month, always on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. 1st Thursday of every month is an informal Social meeting, no agenda, just a social meeting over a cup of tea a piece of cake and a chat about anything and everything, you decide, or we may play board games. Come along for a cuppa and see where we go from there.
On the 3rd Thursday of every month we hold a more formal and structured Support meeting. This meeting always begins with a very gentle exercise session, followed by a cup of tea and usually features a guest speaker or an activity. Activity Meetings
At the address above from 2pm we also hold our Activity meetings always on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Activities range from seated dance classes, indoor new age Kurling, board and dice games, refreshments and a chat. Do as much or as little as you want.
