Quiz Night with Trevor, every Tuesday night starting at 7pm on our Zoom site:
Trevor’s Tuesday Night Quiz is proving to be as popular as ever. The 20 quiz questions are set by those who attend, they take it in turns to set the questions each week. The quiz starts at 7pm on Zoom and last for 60 to 90 minutes. It is more of a social night than a night for serious quizzers, so if you fancy a bit of a social, then do feel free to come along. Come with a friend and join in our social community group.

Please note the following etiquette:
All meetings start at 2pm. There is an etiquette that will be applied to all presentations because Zoom isn’t perfect when more than one person is talking:
- Please logon with Zoom before 2pm, our Zoom site will be open from 1.45pm. There is nothing worse than coming in late once the presenter has started talking.
- When you enter our Zoom room, your microphone maybe switched off by default. This is to avoid any background noises during the presentation like people chatting or dogs barking, or door bells and telephones ringing etc. You can switch your microphones back on if you have any questions or after the presenter has finished.

The Branch has made major changes in day, location and time for all our meetings. It is very easy to remember.
All our Meeting Times are on a Thursday at 2pm – 4pm *
At the moment all our meetings from the 29th July 21 will take place at St Columba Church Hall. We cannot use Danes Dyke as it is not big enough to allow for social distancing.
What changes each week are the activities.
The first Thursday of every month will be:
A Social gathering and chit-chat, maybe a game or two. Just as we did at Danes Dyke.
The second Thursday of every month will be:
Exercise Dance classes with Julieanne and chit-chat.
The third Thursday of every month will be:
Support Group meeting with Guest Speakers
The fourth Thursday of every month will be:
Committee Meetings
And for the months with 5 Thursdays in them, then the fifth Thursday of every month will be on Zoom. Activities to be announced.

* One activity that doesn’t happen on a Thursday from 2-4 is Trevor’s Quiz Night. This event is held online using Zoom every Tuesday night at 7pm and usually lasts about an hour and a half. This is very popular and Trevor is going to continue this quiz for the foreseeable future.
